The explanation by V does not make sense to me. If the middle car was hit from behind with such force that there was no way to prevent the middle car from hitting the next car, then the driver who did the first hit is the one responsible for both accidents. How can V say that the middle driver (first writer) was at fault? I came to this sight to see how honest Farmers' Insurance is. V: I take it the person behind you that hit you was thru Farmers. However if you were not insured thru Farmers they don't pay for the damage to the front of your car since you did the damage to the front by you....not the person behind you. If your car did not get fixed by your own insurance, if it was not Farmers, then you should be mad at them not Farmers. Obviously, you were in the wrong since that accident was caused by you.
