People who have a clean record should be treated alot better once they do have a accident. USAA will lose in the long run more customers if they do not take care of their customers and end up loosing more money. So far we have only had for the best happen to us, with a little bit of problem of not wanting to pay for a settlement after a accident that was not my fault. I did end up getting the settlement, but took me to stay on them about it.

Take my word USAA, you are going to go under if you don't take care of your good customers.
