: I have worked for Primerica for almost a year now and I think it is a great company! All we're trying to do is solve people's money problems and make life a little bit easier. I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I haven't found one problem with the company the entire time I've worked here. Let me show you the perks!

: 1) It's only $199 to join, but that doesn't go to your upline, his RVP, or anyone in the organization. That goes to the state you live in to get a class for a license. It's also reimburseable if you work with your field trainer and do the guidelines. How many of you went to school and got reimbursed for your class? I bet none. I don't even think we need a reimbursement system because you are taking a class and learning! But it's great that our company does it.

: 2) If you do the WORK, you will get compensated for it! But you have to do the work. Everyone would like to sit around and get paid, but this is your own business so you need to get busy. Getting
: busy = getting paid. You can't blame the company for not paying you or anyone else, or say it is a scam because it isn't, the only person you can blame is yourself for not doing anything at all! That's exciting because who better to run your future than you! I promise that if you try and you do what your field trainer tells you to, you will absolutely get compensated for it. Just remember it takes a little bit of time to learn everything we have to offer people. The learning can go as quick as you want it to go.

: 3)If you don't want to own your own business you can without a team at all. There is a guy out of our office that worked by himself with no team and made over $60,000 last year, so don't tell me that you can't make money here. Just give it your best, do the numbers, always do the right thing, and you will win I assure you.

: 4)This company is huge on self improvement and positive reinforcement! What's so wrong with that? Absolutely nothing. When I went full time in this company I can't tell you how much better I felt than when I had a J.O.B. I had been sick for 4 months before I went full time and when I did within a week it was gone! I am so much more positive and happy than I ever was before!

: 5)This company is a people's business. If you came here to make money your in the wrong company! I'm not saying that there isn't a lot of money to be made or trips to win, I'm saying you have to absolutely understand and love what we do for people. Wait to see someone you've helped say "thank you"! That's the biggest reward you get here, not the money. It's when people say thank you because you were able to help them and make life a little bit easier.

: 6) You can build an incredible business if you do the work and create a legacy because of it!
: Just remember the key word is work. This is not a get rich quick fluke. If you think you can do it, do it, at least try, but please don't bad mouth Primerica because we really are based on helping people understand how money works. I am sorry if you have ever met a bad associate on behalf of our company and hopefully who ever it was is not working with us anymore.

: As for me I'm going to do the work, potentially help thousands in the process, make friends that really care, and be in a positive environment. I'll never have the stress of being at a job that I hate and not wanting to wake up on a Monday morning. I'm sure some of you can relate to that. So why not try it and do the work for at least 6 months and decide from there if this is something you could do for 10 years? But remember do the work, don't wait around.

I would like to know if you could give me any advice on how to really get started. My biggest problem is that I don't have a warm market, and it gets kind of discouraging to make phone calls to complete strangers; and invite them to an opportunity meeting, and no one shows up. I would like to go to businesses, but I don't know how to better approach them. I am not one to tell people that they could make $1,000 a month part-time when there is not guarantee. I'm a little discouraged, and wonder if I could even make anything out of this. If I were to have half of the people that I have invited to an opportunity meeting show up, I'd probably be an RVP right now; and I have only been in the company since march. It is very discouraging. I know you have to work, but you first need a system. Since I don't have a warm market, I don't have much of a system. I could telephone the people that I have already invited to an opportunity meeting in the past, but that would probably take about 3 hours.
