Had an accident with a 4 day old car, in another state.

Contacted Hotpoint (Farmers 24 hour customer service line to report accidents and for emergency assistance.)I was denied assistance due to an underwriting problem.

Coverage was verified within 1 hour. No assistance was provided.

I was stranded for 7 hours on curbside with a two year old, no diaper bag or drink. Family had to call another state to provide assistance. Customer of Farmers for 5 years.
