: isaiah14,
Don't believe everything that you hear. No I am not right by Oak Brook. I'm a good distance a way. They have no idea how many branch offices that are being opened up. There training isn't any different than ours. They just want to go to CanCun. I personally don't want to, because it is starting to get cut throat.
: Naperville? Then where you work at is right by Oak Brook. Did you know that the Oak Brook PFS branch is inviting in people in like crazy? I only know because, well, I just filled an app and paid that initial $199.
: From talking to the Oak Brook people, they said that PFS is gonna be opening up some 40-50 branch offices throughout the entire Chicagoland area in the next year so. And, the way they talked made it sound like Primerica has like no market here at all, and the expansion will be totally relying on the Oak Brook trainees (like me). But having found out that there is an office in Naperville and that some other poster here saying that he was an ex-agent of PFS, is starting to make me think what the Oak Brook people are doing is simply making themselves richer. What do you think?
: Also, could you elaborate a little on the whole "inviting to the workshop" thing? I got the impression - again, from talking to the Oak Brook PFS peepz - that there will be no cold calls. However, in your post you said something about "calling complete strangers." So, could you let me in more on that?
: Thanks man!

: : : GOOD LUCK Dear Lindsay - I thankyou very much for the encouragement. The second Saturday of every month we have super Saturday in Naperville Illinois. This last super Saturday I got a recognition. Not for money or fame, but simply because I invited more people to our career open house then any one. Today I was looking at all the cards of the people that I had invited, and I figured that if half of them would have come to the open house and see what we do; that they would come on board. This evening I went to the Spanish base shop in Woodstock for a class on home mortgages. This base shop is doing great, and now I'm thinking of other things I can do.
