I have been a member of USAA for 17 years. During this time, I have had no claims, no accidents, and no tickets – yes, I have a perfect driving record. I just received my 6-month auto insurance premium and was shocked to see a 80% increase. Their explanation was that due the rising costs of goods and services in Pennsylvania I was incurring the rate increase. Are they crazy – an 80% increase this is ludicrous!!!!
Needless to say, I will be discontinuing my auto insurance and home owner’s policy with USAA. GOODBYE!!!
