I am sure you can complain about the agent with your employer being out of the loop.
At least it would go on his record. If I sold AFLAC, I would go out of my way to tell me about the enrollment period, so I wouldn't get complaints. Did you read the summary of benefits before signing up?

: We've not been one to complain over our own mistakes. We sat down and had a long talk together and decided to pay them the money and cancel at the end of the year. Because her employer would be dragged into any complaint we make, we opted to leave it alone because she does not want her employer give her a hard time if they were asked to respond to anything. AFLAC initially began to send her to her employer, unfortunately.
: It will catch up to them I'm sure in the long run when others like us begin to air their story with this insurance.
