Let's also not forget that Steve was involved in dialog with an employee at the gas station who was passing information on to Steve about Ken Young to post to the Internet confirming that he was stalking Ken plus many other admissions of his antics. : From what I have put together from the back and forth in messages posted on the Internet, Steve continued his stalking campaign with the sole purpose of harassing Ken in his attempt to revive his announced Ken Wars which also can be documented. : In fact, putting things in chronical order there is no doubt that when Ken retaliated against Steve in a demonstration of show to him how it feels to have your personal life tampered with on the Internet, Steve went boarderline psycho. : Has Ken Young ever attempted to steal Steve's message board or his website out from underneith him? Obviously, "no". : Has Ken Young given Steve a sample of his own medicine when Steve moved onto one of his new facades of complaining to a domain owner about Steve? It sure appears that Ken has. : Admittedly Steve has stated that he gathers information surrounding Primerica from the Internet and reduces it to some kind of a report for sale. Did Steve first install a copyright protection on the public information he gathered in the form of a Internet Librarian Ken has asked? Obviously Steve forgot to which in turn negated any copyright protection he could not have anyway on that information. : On the other side of the coin quite naturally, if he had authored and then he posted a report on that information together with a copyright on the written report itself, then Steve would be correct in prohibit anyone form using his report only, but not the public information contained in the report. Obvioulsy Steve is contending to viewers of his postings that he owns all of the public information he previously uncovered on the Internet and the information he learned from others who originally uncovered the information first. Seems to me that in doing so, Steve is now engaged in attempting to misuse and abuse copyright right protection laws. : Steve also seems to forget the following. Yes, I have been following Steve's declared War against Ken Young he initiated. I also recall Ken posting messages indicating that Steve was not qualified by law to pass himself of as a so called authority on the subject matter with the exception of how Steve learned to debunk the public with the inducement orchestrations he was trained in the use of at Primerica. In addition, Steve claims that he is trained in the Art of English receiving a diploma in that category and nothing more than that. Obviously then, Steve has had no formal or informal training of how to expose to the public the improprieties of the orchestrations he once used himself which is Ken Young's bag on the Internet. Ken was correct when he stated that Steve did not qualify as a advisor and or a consultant in the use of those debunking methods because he had been on the other side of the fence for one thing, and he gained his knowledge from Ken Young. : Ken tells me that he has a copy of the original message he sent to Steve saying that he would take Steve under his wing and train him in the basic method of the inducement orchestrations of making it work for an agent who was being replaced. That same information Ken offered to Steve with no strings attached is the information I see contained within Ken's Website on the Internet. : Rather then rehashing these reminders to Steve again, let's take a look at what Ken has demanded of Steve from the onset of Steve's publicly announced and declared War on Ken. : Ken has demanded that Steve shut down his PFS Wars board which he uses as a tool to discredit and harass Ken never to again be involved in such activities. Ken has demanded of Steve that he remove his same type of message boards from the Internet leaving his Bizwatch website in place which by the way I saw the postings where Ken stated that and I assume he downloaded the messages he posted also, as well as Steve's replay that he refuses to comply with the changing the format of his message boards. : Ken claims he has in his files a message received from the domain owner Guestbook.DE where Steve admitted to him that the only purpose of his PFS Wars message board was to harass Ken. I believe that Steve told that to the domain ower in one of his weak moments. Steve's own admission to this caused the domain owner to shut down Steve's PFS Wars message board and eventually his "The Real Primerica Survivors II" message board also. : Steve voluntarily shut down his owhn message board when it was down to only one poster involved in a two-way conversation with him. : When Steve shut down that board and moved to a new location after Steve attempted to take control of Young's "kenyoung4" Primerica board, Steve continued his war campaign against Ken at a new location. Yes, Ken tells me he did in fact file a complaint with that domain owner who upon viewing it turned off the switch on it and Steve for the same reason the Wars message board had the switch pulled on it too. I have read all three of the introduction messages Steve has changed and re-posted. A thought came to me that the mini-bio Steve posted to that board is not the truth either when compared to Steve's real life. : Was Steve contacted by the RCMP police? Yes he was based upon his threats to US Citizens. Steve claims that the Victoria BC police never came out to his home to speak with him. That is a lie, they did and that can be documented also. Steve contention is, it wasn't "his home" because he was only renting it therefore it wasn't "his" home. A sorry excuse to cover up his violations of the law. : Steve no longer has anything to bargan with to get himself out of the pickle jar he has squeezed himself into over the past almost two years and what is about to happen in the future lawfully. : Steve needs to recognize that the only way out for him is to either voluntarily agree in writing to either remove the PFS Wars message board from the internet in it's entirety or as an alternative remove any message that that does not address the PFS issue and start from scratch. : That avenue will leave his with an estimated dozen PFS related messages on that board. : Steve also needs to recognize that he can't not bully Ken Young into submission to his personal wants, therefore he must do a U-turn with his postings surrounding Ken Young on all of the message boards he posts to addressing Ken. One of the habits I see that Steve has is to bash the highly qualified information Ken posts to other message boards ie, the Atkins diet, flight accidental life insurance and other similar issues Ken has posted that Steve has personally attacked. : Knowing Ken, if Ken posts some out dated information as the change in the IRA contribution level almost two years ago, if someone would post a simple message to Ken informing him that the information is no longer valid but has changed, as Ken exampled to that figure error, all they have to do is say, "Ken, the information you posted is incorrect at this moment in time and the updated information is, Yada, Yada, Yada, not in the fashion Steve has been demonstrating over the past almost two years on the Internet. : Steve also has to recognize that there is no middle of the road path to take when dealing with the orchestrated inducement misrepresentations taught to PFS agents by their uplines. He has to support the common cause or act in the capacity of a PFS agent himself. : I have never viewed any message that Ken has posted indicating that all of those persons today who are using the method Ken first came out with which Ken introduced in the NALIA National Magazine in 1982 have been violating any of Ken's copyright protection, but Steve claims the method Ken introduced he has a copyright on. : I remember back in 1987 Ken was awarded in Texas that State's "Man of he Year Award" for his work in exposing the improper replacement of inforce life isurance which included the method of combating it that Ken first introduced, not Steve although Steve is attempting to copyright it. : Steve has boasted that he is earning extra income for including in part of his report the method that Ken was the first to introduce which already was public information that could be found on Ken's website and in the 1982 NALIA article. : Steve doesn't seem to understand that he has a choice of either complying with Ken's outline how he will be able to cease the hostilities that he originally initiated that exist between him and Ken Young as Ken has outlined above, or face the legal consequenses for not doing so. : Ken has informed me that if Steve will agree to such a written arrangement, then Ken will no longer plan to post the non-copyrighted pictures that Steve had posted of his family on the Interent on his new domain together with the other pictures that have been sent to Ken by Steve's adversaries. : As for Bubba Fat Mike Weaver, Ken tells me that he will also have his attorney take issue with Weaver in a Court of law when Ken is ready to do so. : OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO : : : : I have been insured by Mass.
