This is not the case with a person who is an independent business entity.

: 2) Benefits...medical insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, 401K savings etc. will all need to be replaced if you leave a full-time job and pursue any independent business opportunity.

: 3) Don't supply names of friends and relatives to a stranger you just met who is offering you training. These people are your life line to family history, and past experiences. If you have friends and relatives that can benefit from the products and services...bide your time until you are licensed...then approach them..with THEIR best interests in mind and offer your products...

: In the short term until you are licensed PRACTICE YOUR SALES SKILLS and try to bring business to the table. if you can't succeed at this level without placing your friendships and family relations at risk chances are you won't succeed in the long term in this business...

There is nothing respectable about you action Jackson. At this moment in time your posting about Prudential's hiring practices is entirely an intentional misrepresentation on your part.

Prudential is still hiring agents never licensed but with college degrees paying them a training allowance. So are many other financial services companies also.

Your posting is typical example of the BS rhetoric what consumers can expect to hear from you people who are trained in the use of. As for the reason of not providing a training allowance, your posting is nothing more than a cop-out to excuse one of Primerica's many flaws and disadvantages of not wanting to pay a training allowance to help an agent get started in the business.

Do you help new agents find prospects, "No". You bleed new agents of the names of their friends, relatives and the people they do business with to provide the upline with those names so his upline trainer can go out into the field with the new agent using the agent as a "tool" to provide a person to sell insurance to and the upline keeps the commission for himself because the new agent doen't have a license yet.

After an upline and the RVP has used and abused by sucking all of the blood out of the new agent you set him out into the world on his own and tell him to build his own heirarchy.

If the agent happens to write a few cases on his own which will not nearly support him, when he decides to leave then you confiscate his clients and keep any commissions for yourselves the agent may have still coming to him.

A new agent is behind the eight-ball before he even gets started in his sales office being forced to purchase items from the company's general mechandize booklet, pencils, paper, brochures, auto expenses, computers and home office provided computer hardcopy.

Only the top echelon of the MLM pyramid earn any money to speak of and they only repesent 1.5% of the new agents who walk through the revolving doors of the Primerica Sales Force each year. If an accurate count was taken, the Primerica field force has he highest turnover rate at least twenty times greater than any other insurance company and over the past FIVE YEARS ALONE, a half-million consumers have taken the bait, failed and left the company and/or have dropped the company's life insurance.
