Your organization can continue to be recognized by the carrier. Additionally, you can sell your organization at anytime. : : Finally, not everyone is required to start at the rep level. We have the ability to begin individuals at contract levels commensurate with their experience. From that point on, they can choose to be an individual producer or to recruit additional agents. Higher commission levels can be attained by any combination of personal production or your agency production. Obviously easier if you choose to build an agency and as a result if you choose to simply be an individual producer, it would be best to work with an MGA or company directly. But to build an organization, in my opinion HBW is about as good as it gets. They don’t force you to subscribe to only one solution or product line to meet the needs and objectives of your clients.
