Joe,

How do you know that we will lose all of our overrides if we leave HBW? Who told you that?

Any of us could easily go and get appointed with AG and then recruit agents in a downline and override them. The downside of your program is the fact that none of your agents can ever get the same contract as you because then you will no longer override them. AG solved this problem for us and we are the only marketing organization that they do this for, (to the best of my knowledge). They have solved this by allowing generational overrides. This means that I can have someone at my same 100% contract and still override their production by 7%. This allows me to recruit full-time agents and give them a good contract. You would have difficulty recruiting a full-time agent and then giving them a lower contract than what you have, especially when they know they can go and get the same contract as you. That is no longer an issue with us.

AG also pays us direct. It does not go through HBW. I get my direct deposit and commission statements directly from AG.

I re-read the contract that we signed and it says that we are vested in our commissions, so if you and your downline leave you should still get your overrides because we are vested in them. I doubt that the basic contract we signed is any different than yours.

The question I would have is why would you leave HBW? I say this because you are completly independent and they are not going to tell you how to run your business. This means if you want to have your office just do its own thing, then go ahead. You will still be paid on the contract you have. If you find a better one then take it. You can be dual-coded with AG. So just keep both your code numbers and get your commissions on both numbers. HBW doesn't restrict you from doing this because they are also totally non-captive in all respects.

Bottom line is the fact that they are just an agency that provides a system that you can use if you want. If all you want to do is sell, then you can get a high contract and go sell.

: :
: If you leave HBW, you lose all the over-rides from AG on you downline.

: If I recruit downline on my own, I will continue to get the over-rides no matter what.

: AG pays me direct. My commissions and my overrides on downline. If I terminate my appointment with AG, I still get all the above. It is call vesting.

: What does your contract say about vesting that you have through HBW?

: If you leave HBW, and your downline stays. The downline is re-assigned to the person above you.

: Are you still going to receive over-rides from AG on your downline is all of you leave???
