The bills are always mailed out ten days after the due date, the rate ALWAYS increases without ANY explanation. The agents can not answer simple questions because they don't know anything and their computers are ALWAYS down when you call them. I shopped around and was able to increased my coverage AND save over $2,500.00 a year. Why would Farmers Insurance over charge a customer $2,500.00 per year? I asked my agent and he did'nt know because the computers were down again. I reminded my agent who he worked for, and then I told him he was fired.
