You get the clients, you make any sales and you must recruit an ever-increasing number of people into your "team" in order to move up and get a higher commission rate. : They cannot hire anyone with a criminal background, as (I believe) you cannot qualify for an insurance agent's license with a criminal background and I know you cannot qualify for a Series 6 Broker License with any criminal background. : : : I just interviewed for Primerica and would like opinions regarding their labor practices and does Primerica hire people who have criminal backgrounds?
