Primerica is a commission-only sales job. There is no salary. There are no benefits. You are paid on a 1099, with no deductions for taxes (if you are paid at all). You get the clients, you make any sales and you must recruit an ever-increasing number of people into your "team" in order to move up and get a higher commission rate.

They cannot hire anyone with a criminal background, as (I believe) you cannot qualify for an insurance agent's license with a criminal background and I know you cannot qualify for a Series 6 Broker License with any criminal background.

: I just interviewed for Primerica and would like opinions regarding their labor practices and does Primerica hire people who have criminal backgrounds?
