: Texas is mandatory state for Blue Cross, and I have experienced many rate changes and don't use the insurance but maybe one a year for dr.visit.. Yet Have been notified that it well be raised another 100. per mo.. I need another carrier due to fact that many , including my Dr. will no longer honor Blue Cross as well as several Surgery Dr's and many clinics... HELP... Where can i look for ins. was told to contact united health care and have tried to find and cant...is there a site for an application?
