Now, they want to know about my driver's driving record, etc. They have threatened not to renew my policy if I do not provided the requested information. : : : : : : : Not sure what you mean by covering individuals who are not family members. Your insurance (normal personal auto policy) would cover anyone who uses your vehicle with your permission. You don't have a choice in that case
