: Today I realized that there is NO such thing as customer service!! Being a client of Prudential since 1998 for home insurance, I would expect better service and to be treated with more respect! During a recent move our home insurance was canceled. We called to get info (mailing addresses) when our policy was about to be canceled so we could close on another house. Did a customer service rep tell us that it was going to be canceled - NOOOOOO, they just gave the address so we could close on our new house. (we are renting our old one). We were told they could do nothing. Said it was it was past the statue of time. Told us to look up a local agent in the phone book to get another policy issued. After that type of service, I think NOT. Will never be a Prudential Client AGAIN!
