Progressive sent a letter that said that its findings are inconclussive and therefore they are siding with their driver. When I called them today they said the evidence points to my daughter being at fault. They believe their insured. Small claims court what a laugh. There is a limit on what you can collect in small claims. ANYONE THAT IS INVOLVED ANY TYPE OF ACCIDENT CALL AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY! Do not leave the door open for an Insurance company or some slapdash adjuster to come in and take advantage of you!
