For starters sweetheart, they don't let you just sign with another DSC if you're uphappy with the one you've got. Ditto with your RSC. Don't work that way at AFLAC. You complain about a DSC and all it gets you is blackballed unless you're lucky and the Regional or State happens to have it in for that DSC. DSC's and Regionals stick together. You make waves you will be gone one way or another.

AFLAC preys on people with no formal sales training. Those are the people who don't know what sales SHOULD be about.

AGAIN for anyone who's paying attention what you see below is the typical AFLAC recruiting sales pitch. Sound good huh? You can do it, sure you can, you're tough. Problem is nowhere in her rant does she mention anyone else training her. Nowhere does she mention the astronomical failure rate. You want to learn with AFLAC well, that's not going to happen in the endless sales meetings you're REQUIRED to attend. You want to learn, don't count on AFLAC to teach you. In fact, don't count on them fullfilling one single promise they make to you when they recruit you.

Tnis woman is being paid very nicely to spew this stuff at you. She makes a percentage on everyone she recruits whether they go to work under her or not. She has NOTHING to loose by recruiting you, and you have EVERYTHING to loose by buying her tired old lines.

: What are you made of? Are you driven, motivated, goal oriented, competitive, a team player, a leader, positive? Do you understand that owning & running your own business REQUIRES YOU to be driven, motivated, goal oriented, competitive, a team player, a team leader? If you can HONESTLY answer yes to both questions YOU WILL be successful w/AFLAC. For that matter, any business/career you pursue. The fact is, successful people don't let anything get in their way. I'm amazed at the NeverAgains in this business. I have no formal sales background or training. I didn't finish college. Before AFLAC I was a GM for a construction company. I'm an average looking female who gets off her butt everyday & works this business of AFLAC & thus far, I'd say I'm doing pretty damn good. I'm into my second year with AFLAC & I'll be earning atleast 70K. I pulled around 50K my first. Tell me what 9to5 is going to give you a 20K raise your first year? I had a decent DSC & I've held him accountable. I made it very clear that HE was on probation, & I could & would sign with another DSC if I ever found out he was dishonest or cheated me. I laid it out on the table & we've had a successful business relationship. He needs me more than I need him & I produce, plain & simple. I also took the initiative & studied every sales book, tape & manual I could get my hands on. I study & refine my skills everyday. And I'm winning. This business is a game & if you're not in it to win you won't. So in closing, ask yourself "What am I made of?" Good luck to you!
