Hey I understand your dilemna. I am 6 months away from being promoted to being an RVP. I am a Regional Leader right now. I am also single which SHOULD be a hindrance in the business because we aren't supposed to be successful. I would suggest that you need to have a talk with your RVP because that is the head of your leadership. You also need to assess yourself and find out what your weaknesses are and work on them. All of the people making the money are simple just like you and me. I finally realized a few months ago that procrastination and my own fears were what was keeping me away from my dream and now it is happening. I've only been with the company since February 2003.
