I have been trying for months to get my stepsons tri-care region straighten out . Yesterday I was given www.humana-mil.com and www.anthemalliance.com to help me find a enrollment transfer form so far I have had absolutly NO luck. I am losing my mind, this should be so much easier. Can anyone help me because so far the base and the 1-800 numbers have not done squat!!!
