: I just stumbled across this forum and thought I'd try to get some help--even though this might not be the right place to ask. : I have a couple of claims out to USAA following home damage due to buglary and the treatment I've received has been....less than stellar. The home repairs (those that have been made) are amateurish and the merchandise replacement hasn't been made, though the claim was submitted in April of last year. : But my problem: so far I haven't been able to find anyone who will respond to my calls of concern. My claims agent won't return my calls and is never in the office to answer the phone. The contractor who is supposed to be working the problem promises to do this and that and never shows up. I've already sent one letter of complaint but all I had was a generic address. : Does anyone know where I can get a list of contacts at USAA to whom I can address my concerns? : Thanks--and sorry if this is the wrong place to ask the questions : Kitty
