Think you want to be and AFLAC agent. Read their contract and reread it. I work for them and sold some big cases. When I quit producing they canceled my contract. They want to pay back the commission that they paid me. On a big case and that canceled. They are keeping the renewals (Over $5000.00) that I had coming in and are in the process of suing me for $450.00. They have to be the worst Company out there as far as an Agent stands point. The only people that make money with them are there cheating managers. Who will tell you that they have too much business to work and need help? After you quit your job and sign on with them, thing change! NOW we have some one working that account you need to find an account that an aflac agent as never walk into. You are making $80,000.00 with your present job you can make $160000.00 with aflac with haft the effort. BIG JOKE. I have herd horror stories about how aflac talk people into taking a job and leaving a good income, not to make money to live on. The government should step in and check out there hiring practice. Most people will not say anything because they think that it is just them and not the company. Not true. There are thousands of people that dont make it with aflac who do you think get the commissions when you leave. If I could hire a thousand people to sell 20 to 50 account and walk away, all I would do is keep hiring them to pad my pocket. Save you some heartache any leave them along.
