You have reasons to be concerned.
I've had conversations with HBW - same old same old.
What I found very interesting is that they profess to believe in the "Buy Term Invest the Difference concept 100% of the time", as was told to me by their recruiter(the right way to think, I might add) - but, they market cash value products!

As Mr. Rogers would say,
"Can you say, hypocritical? I thought you could."

People I know who went with them fell flat on their faces.

Be careful - it's just another mlm looking to rape your market.
