Probably not. USAA recently started offering coverage to current non-commissioned officers (sergeants), but I do not think former enlisted members qualify.

: My husband served as an enlisted man in 1969-71. He was honorable discharged as a Sargeant E5. Are we eligible to apply for USAA coverage?
