BTID isn't an issue. Perm products are not an issue. Whatever product the client may need is available at HBW, if not, you can go out and get what your client may need.
If your only problems with HBW are the people you know fell on their face, and you think HBW has access to perm products than those thoughts can be overcame with just a bit of education.
Those people probably would have fell on their face with most other companies. Yet sales is about being knocked down and having the strength to get back up and fight another day.
You say HBW isn't committed to BTID. To me I think HBW is committed to providing what is best for the client. How can I say this..well it's you and the client who make the decision of which products are suitable.
No i'm not trying to recruit you, HBW doesn't need you, HBW is there for you. Once I realized this I was able to think more clearly about what HBW had to offer.
The system is there for the recruiter, and it's there for the producer..I have noticed that BTID isn't really the issue. The real issue seems to be the loyality people have for their current companies....So if you have any questions, i'm sure Jeff Smith will be glad to answer them for you. i'm sure he doesn't have aproblem with you sending him an e-mail.
If your happy with your current company, great. Just know that HBW is an option if anything ever changes. Good Luck in all that you do.
