: I have been considering a career change in the insurance industry for some time, but there are many insurance companies out there. It seems when you do a search you can find dirt on all of them.
: Are there any that should be avoided at all costs, besides Primerica? Which ones are the best?
: Thanks

C S,, The first thing to do is figure out what your goals are. Then you can look for a company that can fit your expectations. For some Primerica isn't a bad fit. For some Primerica is not a consideration. Don't take everything you may read on message boards as gospel, do your own research. Then make a decision.
So figure out what you want, look at the market and look at which companies will be a good fit for you and the market you want to penetrate.
Training and support are very important things to consider. Knowing the difference between being captive and noncaptive is also something that's very important.
Last but not least, remember going in no matter what anyone says, your in the game to make money. The company wants you to sell, and you want to get paid. Just put the client first and everybody can be happy.
Good luck!!!!!
