I was taken aback by it, and called my insurance carrier on behalf of my stepson, who is serving in the military. I quoted the post as I read it, saying just what you did about ALL policies having war clauses. The agent laughed out loud and said whoever posted it should be locked up. In short, he informed me that my stepson's policy, and almost every other policy on the planet, does NOT have a war clause.
