You are really reaching for something that doesn't exist here. This conversation was had on this board years ago with a poster by the name of "Ray". I think you know where your folly lies, but because you are simply unwilling to concede to logic, I'll point it out publically to you.

Read the following line where you used your legal definition:

"or may be paid as a result of the sale of such goods or services or the recruitment, actions, or performances of additional participants"


Do you see that word "OR"?

Are you paid by the sale of services, OR the recruitment, OR the actions, OR the performances of such participants?

Do you understand how logical operators work? Only one of the four criteria need to be met for that statement to be true.

Primerica, I'd say, meets three.


Let's drop the silliness and move on. Primerica also refers to itself as MLM by the way, and cites publications that say as much. You never addressed this below even though the question was clearly presented to you.
