I just wanted to say that I think Primerica and NBL did poor service to myself. My husband died in 2000. His life insurance policy had been drawn up with a Primerica representative. My husband was disabled for 3 years prior to death due to cancer. Do you think the representative informed me that we didn't have to pay the $80+ premium while my husband was sick. I had nothing to do with the setting up of his policy nor was I aware of what it said. My husband always took care of his own affairs. After he died a representative showed up immediately to get a check for me. His primary reason was so that I would give him the whole check to invest with Primerica. Even at that point before the check was issued I could have received a refund of premiums paid while my husband was disabled but again no one informed me. It wasn't until later when I was reading the policy that I understand how they had been unfair. When I wrote a letter to them they of course turned their back and walked away. I hope someone can settle the up with both companies. Best of luck. God Bless.

: ********To All, and Ken Young:
: Respectfully, I ask that everyone please re-read the post
: from Mr. Cohen, who is simply seeking information on how to contact
: National Benefit Life (NBL). My only intention was to provide the
: a client with the information he needs. I do not know Mr. Cohen nor
: does he know me. I'm sure you are all aware that NBL was in business a
: long time before its association with Primerica. Obviously, there was existing
: business on the books at that time and we have continued to provide the service to
: those clients that they deserve. In a separate email message, Mr. Young,
: you stated,"my son's cash value policy's records may be right in your
: own home office did you check if it was?" First of all, my son's name
: is Matthew, not Andrew. And yes, I did check but I did not find any information
: that appeared to match up to Mr. Cohen. The information in Primerica's computers for
: NBL clients is limited to those NBL policy holders who purchased NBL policies AFTER its
: affiliation with Primerica began. Information regarding NBL policies PRIOR to that time
: can only be obtained from NBL---which is why Mr. Cohen will need to contact NBL at the
: address or telephone number I provided. Of course, if Mr. Cohen needs help he can
: certainly contact me here at Primerica and I will use the few NBL contacts I have to assist
: him. In your email, Mr. Young, you asked if I am "now going to drop it" and did I "get a what for"
: from the boss for continuing it." Since the initial post was obviously misread, both are mute points.
: But for the record, employees and agents of Primerica are NEVER required to purchase any Primerica product.
: I just wanted to set the record straight. To Mr. Cohen, I offer my apologies for the needless attack on him.
: Clearly he came to this message board seeking information and assistance.

: : CORRECTION......CORRECTION......CORRECTION
: : Could Bob's response to Regena have been just another diversionary posting for the organization to avoid litigation?
: : ------> COULD REGENA'S RESPONSE TO BOB HAVE BEEN TO POST THE NBL TELEPHONE NUMBER IN THE EVENT SOMEONE IS GOING TO POST A MESSAGE ALLEGING THAT NBL VICTIMIZED THEM SO THE PRIMERICA SUBSIDIARY COULD AVOID LITIGATION ALSO?
: : : Think about this. Here we have Regena an assistant and spokesperson for the Primerica General Counsel's Office who may be calling the shots for the NBL company also now that the company is part of the Primerica group who is quite involved in putting out the fires of possible litigetion before they reach that stage because of the questionable inducement orchestrations
: : -----------> ALSO
: :
: : REDACT ----------->pemitted to be used by the Primerica GCO.
: : : How here is Regena claiming her son has a NBL policy and she doesn't know the telephone number to inquire if the policy has any cash value or not?
: : CORRECTION--------> DURING OUR MANY CONVERSATIONS REGENA INFORMED ME THAT SHE ALSO OWNED CASH VALUE POLICIES ON HER CHILDREN SHE WOULD NOT REPLACE.
: : : Okay then, here pops up REGENA AND PROVIDES BOB WITH THE TELEPHONE NUMBER.
: : REDACT -------->Bob. Bob provides Regena with the telephone number.
: : : Could it be that now the agents who want to help victimized consumers of NBL will be directed to that number to settle their differences in lieu of contacting an attorney also.
: : : Please Regena,-------> CORRECTION REMOVE BOB... do we all appear to you to have just fallen off the back of a turnip truck as it may appear to you that some of the helpers here may have?

: : : : : Our son Andrew had a whole life policy with NBL. He had this for about 8 years. We didn't continue with and want to find out if had any cash value. Can some one tell us how to contact NBL. The Two Park Ave. address or phone do not seem to be there anymore.
: : : : : Thanks
