One word of caution: many people have said that, if you refuse the high-percentage-rate refinance that Primerica offers you, the agent will remove the FNA from the table and you will not be allowed to see the rest of the "plan". It is an "all or nothing" deal. That is not the official sales technique, but that it what has happened to many people who post here regularly. Some believe that the agent wants to save face in front of a knowledgable client, who realized that the refi was essentially smoke and mirrors.
