: TO: Ins. Co. Bashing
: To a degree you are correct but in general all you are doing is coping-out in an attempted cover up the the Standard Order of Proceedure the representatives are trained in the use of to use false, misleading and deceptive inducement orchestrations to entice the public into engaging in a business relationship with Primerica and the Citigroup affiliate companies.
-- You are accusing me of a cover-up? That's quite interesting considering that you sold insurance for Prudential, the most notoriously deceptive of all life insurance companies. Funny, but I don't see any websites created by you in which you expose the deception of Prudential. In fact, in a deposition in the Prudential v. Cruz case, you even went so far as to say you "loved Prudential like a parent." You say this even though Prudential has been dealt the largest consumer settlement order in insurance history for deliberately and knowingly deceiving consumers.
: To believe the rhetoric you have posted one would have to believe the following....Two wrongs make a right and hey mom and dad, all the other guys are doing it.
-- Is that the best counter-argument you can up with? There is no logic here whatsoever.
: As for Primerica being "lilly white" you need to familiarize yourself with the SEC Lawsuit filed against Primerica and the Class Action Lawsuit still pending in Georgia Courts.
You put quotation marks around the words "lilly white" which in literary convention means you are quoting me. But you are not quoting me. It seems more like you are twisting and churning me statements to serve your own purpose.
: Primerica already caved in to the class action whereas the company was overcharging on premium penalties for not paying annual premiums in advanced ie, monthly to quarterly to semiannual to annual.
--You provide no link to back up your statement. Is this claim similar to your $20 million fine claim that has been proved to be a false statement on your part?
: When a consumer is unable to make it with most other companies as an agent, they simply walk away from the job.
--What has that got to do with anything?
: In general, when someone walks away (which equates to almost 100% turnover in Primerica's field-force each year when you combine the "newbies and/or those with at least a year with the organization), they walk away financially worse off than they were when they joined the organization and paid their $199 at the "flopportunity" meeting. :-(
--What has that got to do with the behavior of agents in Prudential or traditional companies? ALL insurance companies have a high turnover.
: I believe a good way to measure the difference of making in the industry or not is the Internet itself.
--This thread is not about making it in the industry, it's about insurance company deception. The company you worked for is the biggest deceiver of them all, as indicated by them paying the biggest legal settlement of them all.
: Just look at the messages posted by consumers who had allege they were duped into either joining Primerica and/or purchasing a product from a Primerica representative.
I see very few posts from consumers of products. Could you provide the URLs to these alleged posts?
: Then compare the postings you will find on the Internet (if you can find any) of any consumer who had joined any other insurance company as an agent who found out the insurance and financial service business was not their cup of tea.
--Why would a person who decided it was not their cup of tea open a website?
: You would have a better chance of finding a "needle in a haystack" than trying to locate a consumer who alleges his was duped into joining an insurance company to be an agent.
I really have a hard time understanding what you write. Are you one of those war-generation people who sadly didn't have the opportunity to complate grade-school or high-school? No offense, but your counter-argument seems rambling and off-topic. Suffice it to say that a former Prudential agent who was sentenced to 30 days in jail for criminal and civil contempt of court for failing to produce court-ordered evidence is hardly someone I would trust for information. You make numerous allegations and provide not one single link to back up your allegations. You once claimed that the NASD fined Primerica $20 million, and provided no evidence. Why should anyone believe someone who has been proven in and out of court to be a purveyor of false and inaccurate information?
: Isn't that right Mike and Steve. :-)
