Customer service was unbelievable, especially because I called two days before closing. They walked me through the process very easily and took care of everything. I was skeptical of a No Fee Exchange but it's more fair for them not to charge a fee compared to other companies who make money off of your money and charge fees. Would 10000% recommend!!!
