2) Get Your Custom Links
We’ll set you up with a partner page plus dedicated referral links so every submission is tracked to you. Check your email for your personalized links.
3) Refer Your Clients
Use your links to submit an exchange or schedule a client consultation with an exchange officer. Every new client that signs up with Deferred helps you win up to $51,031!

- Most Referrals - Individual: $10,000 (1st), $5,000 (2nd), $1,031 (3rd)
- Most Referrals - Office: $5,000 team event sponsorship
Rules & Eligibility
- A referral is a signed exchange agreement received by Deferred during the contest window.
- Referrals are credited to the month the exchange agreement is signed (the sale does not need to close within the quarter).
- Property must be actively listed or have a bona fide offer.
- “Most Referrals - Office”: The brokerage office location with the most referrals during the quarter.
- “Random Referral Drawing”: One referral is selected at random each month.
- “Biggest Deal”: Based on estimated exchange deposit, not sale price.
- Tie-breaker (if needed): the referral with the earliest signed exchange agreement that month.
- Each referral still earns the standard 15% referral share payment.
