He coordinates Special Asset services at EpiCity for clients with unique needs and has a strong background in accounting and finance, bolstered by over two decades in real estate investment.Previously, John was the President/Owner of Georgia 1031 Exchange Services, Inc., and owned Excalibur Group, Inc., which specialized in the acquisition, operations, and disposition of real estate assets. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Auburn University.John is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Real Estate Exchangers. He has held leadership roles such as president of the Georgia Chapter of the Real Estate Educators Association and the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and has served as a director and treasurer for NARPM.Outside of his professional life, John is an avid wine enthusiast and enjoys cycling around his Buckhead neighborhood.
